How it works

Choose your event.
Select the activity you plan to attend and enter its date. -
Enter your details.
Include your contact information and an emergency contact. -
Read the full release.
Review the activity risks, safety responsibilities and
release terms before agreeing. -
Sign and submit.
Complete the electronic signature and keep the email copy
sent after submission.
Bringing a child?
A parent or legal guardian must complete the consent and
signature for participants under 18. The form also lets
a parent or guardian list additional children taking part.
Please check the event details for any age or supervision
requirements.
A few things to know

The release is not event registration.
Follow the registration instructions for your chosen event. -
Photo permission is optional.
You can leave it unchecked without affecting your participation. -
